River Clean-up by Ocean Cadet Academy
On 2nd October 2014, in response to the Prime Minister’s call for Swacchh Bharat, the Commanding Officer of Ocean Cadet Academy, Gopi Shetty (an IMF Member), along with 250 Cadets carried out a river clean-up of the Pawana River at Ravet, near Pune. Officers from the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation and the National Bureau of Crime Investigation also participated.
