80th Issue of Seagull Released

Seagull, the quarterly Journal of IMF crossed an important landmark. The current issue, being the 80th, was released ceremoniously at a Function held at the Panchratna hotel on 14th February 2015. Cdr Devendra Bhatnagar (Retd.) CEO of Mahindra Naval Defence Systems Pvt. Ltd. was the Chief Guest. The Editorial Team consists of Capt. Anand Dixit, Editor, Cmde Ajay Chitnis, Joint Editor and Capt Sujit Chowdhury, Associate Editor. At the same function ‘Oyster’, the Half-Yearly newsletter of the Society of Indian Marine Artists (SIMA) was also released. The Editor of Oyster is Mrs Dipti Chitnis. The occasion also saw the release of ‘Lighthouse’, the quarterly newsletter of the Ocean Savers of India (OSI). Mr. Karn Ragade is the Vice President of OSI, which is the youth wing of IMF.
